Is there a cure for a common life?

Yes. The answer is Jesus. He wants to have a relationship with you. You only need to believe that Jesus is who he said he is, and that he will do what he said he will do. If you believe, your "faith" (or belief) will save you by God's grace.

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father except through me." Jesus has unlocked the gate to Heaven for you, but you must choose to walk through it to get in-- you must choose to believe. Not only believe intellectually, but believe with your life... with your relationships, time, money, and commitments.

A word of caution: Being a Christian isn't always easy. People rejected Jesus, and they will reject you sometimes for following Him. Standing up for creation by intelligent design in your science class might be tough. And you're going to need to study the Bible to know God and understand what you believe (that takes effort). It's not easy, but it's good-- it's the cure for a common life.
